Ronny Kobo accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt for your records until your refund is processed.
